How do I book a tour?

You can book directly through our website using the booking forms on each activity page, or contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp. We'll confirm your booking within 24 hours.

What's your cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled activity. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. In case of bad weather, we'll reschedule or provide a full refund.

Do you offer hotel pickup?

Yes! We provide complimentary pickup from most hotels in Agadir for full-day tours. Please specify your hotel when booking. For surf lessons, we meet at Taghazout beach.

What should I bring?

It depends on the activity, but generally: sunscreen, water bottle, comfortable shoes, and a camera. For surf lessons, bring swimwear and a towel. We provide all necessary equipment and safety gear.

Are your tours suitable for children?

Many of our tours are family-friendly! Surf lessons are suitable for ages 8+, Paradise Valley for ages 10+, and cultural tours for all ages. Please contact us for specific age requirements.

Do your guides speak English?

Yes! All our guides are fluent in English and French. Some also speak Spanish, German, and Arabic. Let us know if you need a guide in a specific language.
